Who is Ray Jay Conway?

My career started as a futures trader and I have been able to use this competitive and driven background to good effect with my training. I am a Personal Trainer working in the City, and competative Latin American dancer.


I have been involved in many sports in my life. I was a semi professional footballer , body builder, martial artist, and gymnast.


I specialize in strength training, martial arts, core stability, muscle gain, fat loss. I have unique methods to develop dancers and golfers and have received exceptional feedback after working with individuals with MS and altzeimers.


I always get the best out of my clients. Training individuals for over 15 years makes me one of the most experienced trainers in the City.
